Temari is the oldest of the Sand Siblings.  She has a very strong arm, to use that giant fan of her's and she's really really....scary.  She's strong too but she lost to Shikamaru.  Temari is a smart fighter, not as smart as Shikamaru, but she's smarter than most of the other people that participated in the Chuunin Exam (Naruto, Kin, Dosu, Tenten, Lee...but not me of course)

When we first meet her, the only two jutsus she knows is Kamaitachi no Jutsu (Dancing Weasels no Jutsu), and something like Wheel of Wind and Sand.  I don't know. 

Afterwards, after the Konoha kuzushi plan and after Sasuke went all berserko on the village, she appears again with her brothers! Yay! But it seems Temari had a makeover! Her crazy hairdo is the same but she's wearing a much better and prettier nin-fuku! Hooray! Plus, she's learned two new techniques! One is Dai Kamaitachi no Jutsu, which is just a much stronger version of Kamaitachi no Jutsu.  The other technique is, believe it or not, Kuchiyose no Jutsu.  Her summon is this ferret/weasel type thing that goes 'slashin!' and just slashes the bloody hell out of everything! Unfortunately, even though the anime and manga showed her using this ability, they didn't give her as much shine and glory as Kankurou.

Why? Well, Kankurou's fight with Sakon/Ukon was long and cool and he was all showing off in front of everybody.  But all Temari did was go, 'My power isn't to be underestimated.  If that woman thinks she's gonna hide and start playing her flute...She's too naive!"  Then, used Kuchiyose no Jutsu.  After, what, 3 seconds, you see Tayuya crushed under a tree, dead.  I mean, come on!  But this isn't a rant about the lack of glory Temari has.  This is a bio of her.  Lo and behold! I have just given you what little information is on about her! More? Okay then!

Temari seems to like Shikamaru, after they fought in the Chuunin Exams.  She also is VERY scared of Gaara, and unlike Kankurou, she is way too afraid to just go up to Gaara, grab him and say, 'Listen to your sister for once!' like Kankurou did (but Kankurou said 'brother').
