Inner Sakura walked around Konoha after training with Tsunade. While
walking around Konoha, Sakura felt weird. Something just didn't feel right. All of a sudden a shadow swept past Sakura and
she looked around in alarm. Something definitely was near her. Another shadow swept past and in order to find out what it
is, Sakura ran after it. The chase went on for a few hours and soon, Sakura was on the edge of the Fire's borders. Then another
shadow swept past her and Sakura gathered her strength and shouted:
Inner Sakura: Who's there?!
Loud manic laughter filled the air and a shadow jumped down from the
trees.
Avenger Sasuke: Long time no see...Sakura...
Inner Sakura: Sasuke-kun? Is that you?
Avenger Sasuke: *snickers and smirks*
Of course Sakura...your one true love...*laughs maniacally*
Sakura shuddered at the laughter and a look of menace came into Sasuke's
face as he turned to face Sakura.
Avenger Sasuke: Come here Sakura *laughs more*
Inner Sakura was dragged forward by a jutsu unknown to her. She struggled
against the jutsu but it was no use. Next thing, she found herself in front of Sasuke. As she peered at his face, she was
shocked to see him more handsome before but there was coldness behind those sharp eyes. More cold than she last saw him. Without
warning, Sasuke punched Sakura hard in the stomach. The jutsu stopped and noticing it, Sakura broke free and jump out of Sasuke's
grasp. She gathered her chakra into her right hand and punch the ground. Sasuke jumped as the ground beneath him exploded.
He disappeared and Sakura looked around her.
Inner Sakura: Come out Sasuke-kun!
Avenger Sasuke: Sakura...haven't you played hide and seek
before? *maniacal laughter*
Inner Sakura: Sasuke-kun! Come out! I want to fight you!
Remember when I said that in my last battle with you...that you will bow down to me one day! Do you hear me Sasuke-kun?!
Sasuke jumped down from the trees and grins at Sakura.
Avenger Sasuke: Of course Sakura! Why don't you come here,
bow to me and we can have our little fight.
Inner Sakura: No way, Sasuke-kun! Your coming here!
Sasuke moved towards Sakura and when he was close to her, Sakura made
a grab at him but he moved behind her.
Avenger Sasuke: You sure have turned hasty Sakura. But
you won't be after a scratch. *more manic laughter*
Sasuke attempted to attack Sakura but she jumped up and disappeared.
Avenger Sasuke: Now, look who's playing hide and seek.
Inner Sakura: I'm not playing hide and seek..I'm just
about to knock you to your senses of coming back to Konoha!!!
Avenger Sasuke: What?!
Sakura jumped up from beneath the ground (she learnt the technique
from Kakashi) and bashed Sasuke on the chin. Sasuke flew up and landed a few metres away from Sakura. Sakura smirked ans ran
forwards and stood over him. But Sasuke can't be easily beaten. He kicked Sakura and she went fliyng a few distances. Sakura
jumped up and looked at Sasuke.
Avenger Sasuke: How about some new techniques?!
Sasuke jumped back into the trees again and this time, Sakura felt
scared. She hasn't seen Sasuke for a year and she won't know how much he had improved. Then a huge blast of fire came from
the trees and Sakura jumped out of the way. She jumped up into the trees and scanned for Sasuke.
Avenger Sasuke: Over here Sakura...
Sakura turned behind her and found Sasuke and he cut the cheek
as she jumped onto other branches of the trees. She winced at the pain but looked back at Sasuke with detemination
to win. Sasuke smirked a bit more and thought of how much she had grown and how she can actually fight now.
Avenger Sasuke: Well, well, well, Sakura... you sure have
improved a lot.
Sasuke waited for Sakura's face to turn into shock as he made
the praise and sized his chance to attack and get rid ofher, once and for all. Sakura sensed danger but was a bit too late.
Sasuke was already behind her and she was knocked down the trees, her head bleeding badly. Sakura started to
slip away into unconciousness and knew that this would be the end...that Sasuke had finally noticed her improvement and that
he had finally noticed that she had loved him...
*About 2 years later*
Clumsy Naruto: Whoa Sakura-chan! Did Tusnade come
and fix you?
Inner Sakura: Of course, baka. She was wondering why I
was late for her chores so she tracked me down and found me and cured me.
Clumsy Naruto: Wow!
Note: More random event's will come of Naruto or Sasuke and Sakura.
