Neji is 13 this year and was born on July 3.
He is a genius of the branch family of the Hyuuga clan, having the
most talent and ability of all. Being of the Hyuuga bloodline, he possesses the technique of byakugan.
Byakugan allows him to see around him at 360 degrees, sense enemy attacks and see all the flowing points of
chakra.
He's rather arrogant because of his family traditions.
A family tradition - the seal. It is given to the branch family by
the main family. It gives the holder a 'fear of death', ensuring obedience and protection for the main family.
Neji received his seal at the age of three to protect a younger family member from the main family, Hinata.
When Neji was younger, his father died, protecting the main family sector of
the Hyuuga clan. He grew up believing that you cannot change your destiny, your doomed from the start.
Neji grew up believing his father was killed in place of Hiashi, against
his will, but learned the true story of his father during the chunnin exam finals, changing is attitude, when he
finally understood that destiny can be changed and is not ordained. After this he became more of a team player.
